•  USCG requires children 6 & under to wear appropriate life jackets during your adventure. It is required that you bring the appropriate size life jacket for your child. 
• Valid government issued ID, law enforcement will be checking (absolutely no underage drinking will be allowed)  
• BYOB - Alcohol is allowed. Please drink responsibly. NO GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED.

1. Parking is limited near the boat dock. (If no parking near the boat dock go to step 2)
2. Public city parking is located directly across Hwy. 98 (Harbor Blvd.) @ corner of Marler & 98 and is pay to park. Cost is approx. $15.00 / 24 hrs. Download "Passport Parking "app or call (850)391-5840 to pay. Know your zone (on the sign in parking lot )& your license plate number.
3. Come drop off friends and gear at the boat, then go park the car if there is no parking near the dock. 
4. Or you can use a ride share program such as Uber or Lyft. 

                       Parking is a big problem throughout Destin, not just this location. 

                                              Arrive early to allow time to park. 

Customers may cancel at least 48 hours prior to their arrival time to receive a full refund. Customers that cancel after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund. If the captain determines the weather is unfavorable due to lightening, heavy rain, or high winds the trip may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued if unable to reschedule. No-shows will not be refunded. Customers may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 48 hour cancellation period. 

Once the boat departs the dock there will be no refund /No partial refund for early returns. 

Dolphins are very active in the Harbor area. But, that does not guarantee we will see Dolphins every time. Nor does it mean there is a refund. This is why we offer crab island, sunset, cruises with dolphin cruises.  We have also been known to see Stingrays, Sharks, Manatee's, Jelly Fish, Crabs, and Sea Turtles.
